Limited Warranty
LEDSparks Corporation warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Upon confirmation of a defect or failure, at our discretion we will repair or replace the item or will refund your purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible or practical. Our warranty covers only the product itself, we will assume no liability for damages caused by improper installations, damages caused during shipment to purchaser or beyond, damages caused by “acts of Nature or God”, labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. Any such issue or damage will void the product warranty. Product warranty begins on original date of purchase.
Shipping Information
Only merchandise with written authorization from LEDSparks Corporation will be accepted for return. Merchandise returned for restock is subject to a 15-25% restocking charge with the shipment freight prepaid and should comply with conditions depicted below to receive credit.
Merchandise shall be returned to LEDSparks Corporation within 15 days from the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issuance date.
The RMA form that authorized the return shall be used as the packing list of the shipment.
Merchandise shall be properly packaged and returned in original factory packing.
Do not mark RMA number on the returned cartons.
All returns must be returned on LEDSparksʼ specified carrier. 6. All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Discrepancies reported after 5 business days will not be allowed.
