RETURN & SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES 

Only merchandise with written authorization from LEDSparks Corporation will be accepted for return. Merchandise returned for restock is subject to a 15-25% restocking charge with the shipment freight prepaid and should comply with conditions depicted below to receive credit.

• 1. Merchandise shall be returned to LEDSparks Corporation within 15 days from the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issuance date.
• 2. The RMA form that authorized the return shall be used as the packing list of the shipment.
• 3. Merchandise shall be properly packaged and returned in original factory packing.
• 4. Do not mark RMA number on the returned cartons.
• 5. All returns must be returned on LEDSparksʼ specified carrier. 6. All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Discrepancies reported after 5 business days will not be allowed.
